How to get there

• By car: Coming from Salzburg take the Tauernautobahn A10 motorway towards Villach. Continue on the motorway until you reach the exit Radstadt, leave the motorway and drive in the direction Graz / Altenmarkt on the main road B99 the Katschbergbundesstrasse. Continue on this road to Obertauern. Alpenhotel Perner is located on the main street (on the left side as you approach from Radstadt) in the center of Obertaurn and it is well signposted. There are garage places available for all guests in the hotel underground garage.

• By train: The closest train station is Radstadt Bahnhof, with regular connections to Salzburg, Graz, and Vienna. Please consult Austrian Railways for the train schedule. The bus schedule from Radstadt Bahnhof to Obertauern and back can be found here. The bus stop closest to the hotel is Obertauern Passhöhe, reachable by 1min walk. Several taxi companies offer transfer to and from Radstadt Bahnhof --  booking a taxi is easily doable for groups of up to 15 people.
